The Gospel story of the woman who came to anoint Jesus’ feet, wash them with her tears and dry them with her hair is a particularly inspiring story. (Luke 7:36-50).

It takes great courage to do things which we know will cause  criticism from others. We should be less concerned about what others think and believe, and more concerned about doing God’s will.

Men discerning their vocation need to have faith, be brave, and courageous. They need to be able to step out and not be afraid to offer their lives for Christ, in the vocation of the Priesthood.
